A former 23rd round pick of the New York Yankees organization, Eric Hacker joined the Pittsburgh Pirates midway through the 2009 season. After an impressive stint in Triple A Indianapolis, Eric was called up by the Pirates on September 7th.
Following an off-season move to San Francisco, Eric hopes to contribute to the club's success in 2010.
