Player Biography
Born in Fountain Valley, CA, Willie Eyre attended the College of Eastern Utah where he was an All-American selection. He was later selected by the Minnesota Twins in the 23rd round of the 1999 amateur draft, following in the footsteps of his older brother, Scott.
Fully recovered from Tommy John surgery, Willie looks to be a contributing piece to the Rangers bullpen in 2010.
